Engineering Candidate Program

We run engineering candidate programs with our philosophy of raising the engineers of the future. We provide our young candidate engineers with real workplace experience and support them in turning their theoretical knowledge into practice.

Thanks to this program, where we bring together our expert engineer staff and our young talents in the concepts of Mentor-Mentee, we invite you to the TITRA Family together with many of our teammates, through whom we provide the opportunity to transition from Candidate Engineering to Full Time Engineering.

Our Candidate Engineering Application Periods

Our door is always open to talented and young individuals. For this reason, we do not have an application deadline. You can follow the advertisements we publish on LinkedIn, and Vizyoner Genç platforms every semester and you can apply.

Candidate Engineering Criteria

Our candidate engineers are mainly from;

  • Aerospace Engineering,
  • Aeronautical Engineering,
  • Computer Engineering,
  • Software Engineering,
  • Electric and Electronic,
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering,


  • Mechatronic Engineering,
  • Accepted from 3rd or 4th year students in departments such as Mechanical Engineering.
  • Candidate engineer recruitments are determined according to the required open positions at TİTRA.
  • Face-to-face attendance is required at least 2 days a week within the scope of engineering candidates.



We provide internship opportunities to 3rd and 4th grade students who want to do workplace training, voluntary and compulsory internships. For this, you can send an e-mail to [email protected]
